Can you rely on free Wi-Fi?
Wireless@SGx is free at Changi, every MRT station, malls and libraries, but it needs a one-time registration and a login, and it drops between hotspots. Hotels and cafés are reliable. Do not plan a day around it.
Local SIM card or eSIM in Singapore?
